I think it’s pretty common knowledge that I LOVE CHAMPS! When my friends the Bello’s (of Bello Family Vineyards) asked me to collaborate on a sparkling wine I was ecstatic! From meeting with the wine maker, to getting the right blend and designing the packaging, it’s been incredibly fun!
The way we manufacture our sparkling wine in Napa Valley, California is the way it’s done in France for Champagne. The second fermentation process occurs in the bottle, allowing it to be called a MÈTHOD CHAMPENOISE. Isn’t that Fancy?!?! It’s also delicious and named after my fourth child .
